Pablo R. Lema is President of VIR2AL Tech LLC. Pablo is a global leader responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations and resources of the company — delivering visionary and strategic leadership for the organization. As an experienced organizational transformation executive, he has a proven track record of improving the overall competitive positioning of the business with a focus on profitability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Pablo has over 25 years’ experience in sales, project management, construction, and engineering. He has served in a variety of executive positions with companies such as Hamon Corporation, Alstom Power, URS Corp., and Mitsubishi Corporation. Pablo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Luis Lema
Luis Lema is Vice President and Founder of VIR2AL Tech LLC. Luis is a technologies expert with the dream of bringing the latest visualization technologies from all industries to the engineering and product development world.
Luis started as a 3D Modeler for the Oil and Gas Industry, later expanding his domain to cover Game Development, Programming, and Computer Science. He used his expertise to start VIR2AL Tech, delivering the power of visualization to all companies, not just those that can afford their own multi-million-dollar development teams.
By merging techniques developed by the best Game Developers around the world, Luis created and perfected a system to merge any product with the newest visualization technology the Gaming industry has to offer. These new techniques have changed how clients review their projects, receive direction, and how teams collaborate.
